Power Cardio and Cardio Core: Cardio + Core = Killer CORE

Cardio Tone or Cardio Sculpt. Either way the answer is yes, yes, YES! Think celebrity trainer workouts!
WHERE IT’S AT.
2X TO 3X A WEEK
You will tone, tighten and sculpt every muscle in your body. If you have goals of losing those few pounds, strengthening your core or simply want tone it all up, 2x to 3x a week is for YOU! Doing Sweat Sessions 2-3X per week is recommended for maximum results, with la carte fitness such as hiking, walking, yoga or running on the off-days an ideal way to reach your goals even faster while balancing the body. We strongly encourage taking at least one full day of from all exercise so that your body may fully rest and recover.
Each session is six weeks long. We meet at the same time on the same day each week for six weeks. The Sessions are Semi-Privates. There is a maximum of six people in each session. Six people in the room – WINS. The reason – YOU WORK HARDER when others are in the room. We are naturally driven to keep up with others and some of us have a serious competitive streak in us. Not to mention is FUN to sweat with others! There’s a sense of community we when workout together. We are all working are butts off – together. Plus, you need someone to say WHAT THE F**K to. The good news it, it’s not too crowded. You aren’t mat to mat on top of each other. There is plenty of space for you to do your thing and to still receive one-on-one instruction. Six is the magic number.
